• Moving several scripts like SHAPE_normalize out of HiTRACE into Biers (https://github.com/ribokit/Biers).
• Minor bug fixes (changing window for LocalAlign in quick_look; boundary finding errors in auto_assign_cubic)
• Update arrow.m

Added support for MATLAB versions >= R2014b for their new graphical interface. Maintained backward compatibility with MATLAB versions <= R2014a, with version detect.

Conform with new HiTRACE tutorial in ribokit.github.io

Builds on advances in alignment accuracy and annotation speed in HiTRACE v2.0. Additional fixes to handle data sets with traces of multiple lengths.
